Alard Hüfner is South Africa 's leading bigwall climber and stunt rigger.

His passion for climbing and love for adventure have lead him to climb some of the steepest and largest rock faces in the world, from Madagascar to Mexico from California to Chile .

Sustaining his climbing passion, he works in the movie industry as a stunt rigger and has been involved in exciting projects like Fear Factor and The Amazing Race.

Alard has witnessed and experienced fear, lived through the downfall of a climbing accident and experienced the sweet success of achieving a goal and standing on the summit.

The presentation is of our journey from Cape Town to London in a Toyota Landcruiser  visiting 27 countries over 8 months. Our adventures cover rock climbing at Spitzkoppe and
Mount Mulanje to climbing point Nelion on Mt Kenya, paramotoring in the desserts, volcano visiting in Tanzania and Ethiopia. We went from 156m below sea level to 5188m above sea level. We visited the Gorillas in Uganda and the Danakil depression in Ethiopa, the whale sharks in Djibouti, the Bushman art in Somaliland, pyramids in Sudan…… and much much more.
