Orange River

This trip starts at the "Ou Brug"  and old Iron & Stone Bridge that predates the railway on the Orange river, and flows through a beautiful gorge as it flows westwards towards Douglas and the confluence of the Vaal river.  The trip is fairly easy and an ideal beginners or kids trip.  The weather is usually pretty warm and we great evenings sitting around the fire and enjoying the starry night skies.

We will be using Crocs and Kayaks this year - and you are really encouraged to join the Swiftwater rescue course run by whitewater training at the start of December.
